You will need a Phillips screwdriver to carry out the swap.
This guide is for the 160dci engine but should be applicable to others also.
First remove the battery cover...
Unscrew the two screws either side of the filter box, it is wise to protect the metal shaft of the screwdriver invade it comes into contact with the battery terminals. This can be done simply with insulation or masking tape...
The filter element then slides out vertical by pulling on it...
Replace the element and then reinstall in the reverse order...
